We have a pretty detailed step by step on the model's backend but also are available to assist if they need help. If you want to email who the model is to us or have the model email us, the right email would be sae@flirt4free.com.
My kiiroo will not connect with any of the models on the site. When I check with the Kiiroo program it says that I am connected, Im using windows 8 Quote
With Kiiroo Onyx there is a problem if your bluetooth is not connecting. You should check your bluetooth settings to see if ONYX is connected before even trying to start a session with the model. Apparently Onyx requires bluetooth 4 so if you have an older model computer you may need to buy a bluetooth 4 usb plugin ~$15.

I've can get my onyx connected with bluetooth and it shows as paired but it isn't responding. Even on the feelxvideo website, which has kiiroo onyx interactivity, an interactive video will initiate paring and connect but there is no response on the onyx to the video. its too bad there isn't an onyx test app to see if its actually working for remote signals. the hardware does work in manual modes.
